Submit Your Work to Orlando
Your work will remain completely anonymous during the review process. Do not include your name on your submission document or in the title of the document. Submissions with the name of the author included will not be considered for publication.
Additionally, contributors have the option to remain anonymous if their work is selected for publication.
Any work detected to be written or assisted by AI will not be considered for publication.

Orlando Lit Mag is a magazine for LGBTQ+ stories.
Anyone is welcome to submit as long as their work aligns with our mission. We publish LGBTQ+ creative works, meaning works must have a queer element to it in some sort of way—implied or explicitly stated—or must have a queer author.

A queer story is not only a romance story! We want all genres, topics, and identities. One of the best aspects of the LGBTQ+ community is our diversity. There is no such thing as “not gay enough.” All works submitted will be taken into consideration, including those with only undertones and vibes.

Please put any trigger warnings in bold at the top of your document.

Please do not submit more than three pieces across all genres.
Finally, we accept simultaneous submissions, but we do not publish work that has been previously published. If a piece is selected elsewhere, please let us know so we can remove the piece from consideration.
